We have an ANZAC day tradition that we started when Liam started school , and that was to attend the ABZAC day mid-morning parade and service. The lunch at the local RSL and then home. Usually Liam and Mia have marched with their school friends in the towns we have lived in and we have felt it is important for the kids to understand the history of our ANZAC’s. This year was going to be a little different. There was no joining in on the march for the kids, but there was still a need to go, pay our respects and join the service of the local town we would find ourselves in. Lunch at the local RSL was also an option. Lakes Entrance just happened to be that town. A lovely service was held at the memorial in town and a lovely
lunch was had at the RSL afterwards.
